Kathy and Terry Sullivan
Kathy and Terry Sullivan have been the Broker Owners of RE/MAX Advantage since founding the company in 1989. During these years, they have developed RE/MAX Advantage into 15th largest real estate company in Massachusetts and 2rd largest in Essex County in terms of sales volume. RE/MAX Advantage currently has five offices in Beverly, Gloucester, Marblehead, Peabody and Salem and employes 90 full time agents.
In addition to running RE/MAX Advantage, Terry and Kathy continue to do what they love – helping people buy and sell North Shore real estate. As part of the Sullivan Team, Terry focuses on determining the market value of their clients' properties and Kathy specializes in marketing their clients' properties for the highest price with the help of her team.
In terms of annual sales, the Sullivan Team is in the top 1% of all agents in MA. During their carreers, Kathy and Terry have helped over 1,200 clients buy and sell North Shore Real Estate.
